Community Guidelines

MYTRA is a community for motorcycle riders, Clubs, Groups and businesses. These Guidelines apply to posts, comments, photos, videos, chats, Forum discussions, reviews, Clubs, Groups, rides/events, marketplace interactions and all other community activity.

1. Be Respectful

Do not engage in harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, targeted abuse or unlawful discriminatory/hateful conduct.

Genuine disagreement, criticism and negative reviews are permitted. Personal attacks and abuse are not.

2. Keep MYTRA Safe

Do not use MYTRA to encourage dangerous, reckless or unlawful riding. Users remain individually responsible for complying with traffic laws and making safe riding decisions.

Do not post another person's private or sensitive information without their permission.

3. Be Genuine

Do not:

  • Impersonate other individuals, businesses or MYTRA staff
  • Create fake accounts or duplicate accounts
  • Conduct scams, phishing or fraudulent activity
  • Manipulate followers, ratings, reviews, Points, contests or engagement metrics
  • Post fake rides or manipulate GPS/ride data
  • Intentionally provide materially misleading information

4. Content Standards

Only share content you have the right to use. The following are prohibited:

  • Illegal content or content that violates applicable law
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Scams, malicious links and phishing content
  • Spam and unsolicited commercial promotion outside permitted channels
  • Content that violates MYTRA Terms & Conditions

5. Clubs, Groups and Events

Admins and organisers are responsible for the information they publish and the activities they organise.

A Verified Club means MYTRA has verified specified identity/contact details of the Club administrator. Verification is not a guarantee of the Club's activities, members, rides or safety. MYTRA may set activity requirements and reclassify an inactive or ineligible Club as a Group.

6. Ratings and Reviews

Reviews should reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. The following are prohibited:

  • Fake reviews or reviews from alternate accounts
  • Paid, incentivised or manipulated reviews
  • Coordinated rating manipulation
  • Threats or abuse linked to reviews
Genuine negative reviews will not be removed merely because a business or seller disagrees with them.

7. Commercial Activity and Spam

Commercial promotion must use channels permitted by MYTRA. Prohibited activities include:

  • Repeated unsolicited advertising or spam in the community or Forum
  • Deceptive promotion or misleading commercial claims
  • Dealers and businesses using MotoResell to bypass MotoStore onboarding

8. Reporting and Enforcement

Use the Report and Block features available on the Platform to flag content or users that violate these Guidelines.

MYTRA may remove content or listings, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently ban users. Serious safety, fraud or legal issues may result in immediate action without prior notice.
