MotoResell Terms

MotoResell is a rider-to-rider marketplace where individual users can list eligible personally owned motorcycles, riding gear and related items. MYTRA provides listing, discovery, offers/chat and connection functionality between buyers and sellers.

Transactions are currently completed directly between buyer and seller. Unless MYTRA expressly offers a separate protected transaction service:

• MYTRA does not collect or hold purchase money
• MYTRA does not arrange shipping or guarantee delivery
• MYTRA does not guarantee payment
• MYTRA does not determine condition or value
• MYTRA is not a party to the sale

MotoResell is intended for individual riders, not dealers or professional resellers. A rider may list a pre-owned item, or an unused/new item personally owned by them.

Commercial inventory, repeated dealer-style selling and multiple units intended for business resale may be removed. Businesses should use MotoStore.

Sellers must:

• Have the legal right to sell the listed item
• Provide accurate, complete and non-misleading information
• Disclose all material defects and the true condition of the item
• Use genuine, unedited photographs of the actual item
• Not list stolen, counterfeit, illegal or prohibited goods
• Not misrepresent ownership, condition, specifications or history

Buyers must independently verify:

• RC and ownership documents
• Chassis and engine number details
• Insurance status and validity
• Finance/hypothecation or loan clearance
• Outstanding challans or dues
• Vehicle condition and service history
• Accident history
• Transfer requirements under applicable RTO rules

Buyers should inspect the item in person before paying, verify the seller's identity and all relevant documents, and independently decide whether to proceed.

Payments should be made only after appropriate verification. MYTRA recommends meeting in safe, public locations for in-person transactions.

The following must not be listed on MotoResell:

• Stolen vehicles or items with disputed ownership
• Counterfeit or unauthorised replicas
• Items under active insurance or finance disputes
• Illegal weapons, hazardous materials or prohibited goods
• Items the seller does not have the legal right to sell
• Commercial dealer inventory

Buyers may make offers through the MYTRA platform. Making or receiving an offer is not a legally binding contract. Transactions are completed directly between buyer and seller and are subject to their mutual agreement on price, condition and terms.

Purchase and payment disputes are primarily between the buyer and seller. MYTRA may provide reasonable assistance, but is not liable for the outcome of direct transactions. Users may report fraud, scams or prohibited activity through the Platform reporting tools or by contacting support.

Under the current model, MotoResell charges no listing fee or commission to individual sellers. MYTRA reserves the right to introduce fees in the future with appropriate notice.

MYTRA may remove listings, restrict access or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, the MYTRA Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines, or for suspected fraud, safety risks or legal compliance.

These MotoResell Terms apply in addition to the MYTRA Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the general Terms & Conditions in the context of MotoResell, these Terms prevail.
