MYTRA Local Terms

MYTRA Local helps riders discover motorcycle-related businesses and service providers — including mechanics, gear/accessory stores, detailing providers and other motorcycle businesses. It currently operates as a listing and discovery platform connecting riders with local businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by MYTRA:

• MYTRA does not provide the underlying service
• MYTRA does not determine the business's pricing
• MYTRA does not collect payment for the service
• MYTRA does not supervise the work
• MYTRA is not a party to the transaction between rider and business

Riders should independently confirm price, scope of work, warranty, timeline and all commercial terms directly with the business before proceeding.

Riders should still exercise their own judgment when selecting a business and should ask for quotes, check references and assess the business independently.

Businesses listed on MYTRA Local must:

• Provide accurate and complete listing information
• Keep material listing details reasonably current
• Not impersonate another business or provide fraudulent information
• Not use MYTRA Local for unlawful activity
• Conduct all interactions with riders professionally and honestly

Riders may provide genuine ratings and reviews based on their actual experience with a listed business. Reviews are governed by the MYTRA Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines. Fake reviews, incentivised reviews and review manipulation are prohibited.

With your permission, MYTRA uses your device location to find businesses near you, show distances and provide localised search results. Location is used in real-time for discovery purposes. You can revoke location permission at any time through your device or browser settings; MYTRA Local will continue to function with manual city/area input.

Users may report inaccurate listings, inappropriate conduct, suspected fraud or other issues through the Platform's reporting tools or by contacting support@mytra.club. MYTRA may review, correct, restrict or remove a listing where appropriate. Disputes about the actual service or payment remain primarily between the rider and the business.

These MYTRA Local Terms apply in addition to the MYTRA Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict in the context of MYTRA Local, these Terms prevail.
