MYTRA is owned and operated by INITX INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("MYTRA", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any MYTRA service, you agree to these Terms and the MYTRA Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use MYTRA. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining account security and all activities carried out through your account.

MYTRA provides motorcycle-focused digital services including rider profiles, community feeds, Clubs and Groups, rides/events, chat, live tracking and SOS features, MotoResell, MotoStore, MYTRA Local, ratings/reviews, Forum, MYTRA Points, rewards, challenges, AI-assisted features and other services introduced from time to time. Additional feature-specific policies may apply.

A MYTRA account may be used as a rider, Club/Group administrator, ride/event organiser, MotoResell seller, MotoStore vendor, Local business or other participant. Additional verification or terms may apply to particular roles.

Fake accounts, impersonation, materially false information, fraud and unlawful use are prohibited.

Depending on your use of the Platform, information visible to other users may include your name, profile photograph, city, motorcycles, bio, followers/following, Clubs/Groups, posts, rides completed and kilometres ridden. Precise historical ride routes are not displayed as part of the public profile.

Users may create posts, photographs, videos, comments, reviews, Forum content, Club/Group information and event information. You retain ownership of your content and grant MYTRA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically process it as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve MYTRA.

You must have the right to share your content. The following are prohibited: illegal content, infringement, fraud, unlawful threats/harassment, impersonation, scams, malicious software, spam and content violating MYTRA Community Guidelines.

Users may report content/users and block users where available. MYTRA may remove content/listings, issue warnings, restrict functionality, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, safety concerns or legal compliance. Genuine negative reviews will not be removed merely because a seller or business disagrees with them.

A "Verified Club" means MYTRA has verified specified identity/contact information of the Club administrator. Verification is not a guarantee or endorsement of the Club, its members, organisers, rides, conduct or safety. MYTRA may establish minimum activity requirements and may reclassify a Club as a Group if applicable requirements are not maintained.

MYTRA enables users, Clubs and Groups to create, discover and join rides/events. Unless expressly stated, MYTRA is not the organiser of a user-created ride or event.

Organisers are responsible for their published information and organisation. Participants remain individually responsible for licences, vehicle roadworthiness, protective equipment, compliance with law, road/weather evaluation and safe riding. Motorcycling involves inherent risk.

MYTRA's live tracking, location sharing and SOS functions are technology-assisted safety features, not emergency-response services. MYTRA does not operate police, ambulance or emergency-response services and cannot guarantee transmission, receipt or response to an SOS, or continuous GPS/network/device availability. Contact official emergency services directly when required.

MotoResell is a rider-to-rider marketplace for eligible personally owned motorcycles, riding gear and related items. MYTRA provides listing, discovery, offer/chat and connection functionality. Unless a separate protected transaction service is expressly offered, payment and exchange occur directly between buyer and seller — MYTRA does not hold funds, arrange shipping, guarantee payment/delivery or independently verify motorcycle ownership, title or condition.

Buyers should independently verify the item, seller, RC/ownership, chassis/engine details, insurance, finance/hypothecation, challans, condition, service/accident history and transfer documentation. Additional MotoResell Terms apply.

MotoStore is a marketplace where independent vendors sell eligible products. The applicable vendor is identified to the buyer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the vendor is responsible for product quality, authenticity, specifications, inventory, fulfilment, warranty and seller obligations under law.

MYTRA may facilitate discovery, ordering, payment collection, logistics integrations, customer communication, refunds and vendor settlement. "Verified Vendor" means specified business/KYC checks were completed; it does not mean MYTRA tested or certified every product.

Eligible MotoStore orders may be cancelled before dispatch with the applicable refund. After dispatch or delivery, return/replacement eligibility varies by product, category and seller and is displayed on the product listing. Product-specific terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

MYTRA Local is currently a discovery and directory service. MYTRA does not provide the underlying service, determine the provider's price, collect payment for the service or supervise the work unless expressly stated otherwise. A verified listing refers to specified business/contact information checked by MYTRA and is not a guarantee of workmanship, quality, reliability or outcome.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake reviews, self-reviews through alternate accounts, paid/manipulated reviews, coordinated rating manipulation, threats and unlawful/abusive content are prohibited. MYTRA may moderate reviews under these Terms and Community Guidelines.

MYTRA may award Points for eligible recorded rides, referrals, community actions, campaigns and challenges. Points are promotional/reward points — not money, a bank deposit or cash wallet. They are not currently withdrawable or transferable. Points currently do not expire.

MYTRA may withhold or reverse Points obtained through fake/manipulated rides, GPS manipulation, duplicate/fraudulent accounts, self-referrals, automated/fake sign-ups or other abuse. Confirmed fraud may result in a negative Points balance, with future Points first offsetting that balance. Genuine technical errors may be reasonably corrected.

For eligible MotoStore products, 4 MYTRA Points = INR 1 of eligible discount. MYTRA determines eligibility and maximum discount and may currently permit discounts up to 15% of the listed product price. The actual limit may be lower or unavailable for certain products.

Selected products may be redeemable for a stated number of MYTRA Points. The full stated Points amount is required; cash cannot make up a Points shortfall. Applicable delivery/shipping charges may be payable separately. The Redeem Points requirement does not necessarily correspond to the 4 Points = INR 1 MotoStore discount conversion.

MYTRA may provide AI-assisted motorcycle comparisons, specifications, route suggestions, riding information, product recommendations and Forum answers. Information may be generated or aggregated from multiple sources and may contain errors or become outdated. Users should independently verify important technical, safety, purchasing, route, weather, road-condition and legal information.

MYTRA's name, logos, software, designs, interface, technology and MYTRA-created content are owned by or licensed to MYTRA. Users may not unlawfully copy, reverse-engineer, commercially exploit or misuse MYTRA intellectual property.

MYTRA may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, illegal activity, safety risks, Points manipulation, marketplace abuse, impersonation or legal requirements. Points may be frozen during suspension. On permanent account deletion, unused Points are forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYTRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, including loss resulting from another user, independent seller or third-party provider. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains governed by applicable law.

MYTRA may update these Terms for changes in law, functionality, operations, technology, security or business models. Material changes may be separately notified and/or require renewed acceptance where appropriate or legally required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer or other jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
